These Terms of Service govern your use of the AoCopy plugin and web platform, located at https://www.aocopy.com and operated by AoCopy. Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Agreements, you may not use the Service.

1. Account Creation and Communications

To benefit from the Services, Users must create an Account by providing an email address. By creating an Account, you commit to providing true and up-to-date information.

* By registering, you agree to receive promotional materials and newsletters, and you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing help@aocopy.com or using the unsubscribe link.

* You are entirely responsible for protecting your credentials and must notify us immediately in case of theft or loss of your password.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to AoCopy's premium services is billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually).

* Payment Method: Credit card payments are entered on an encrypted server processed by Stripe, ensuring the security of your data.

* Billing: Customers are automatically billed every month (or year) on their subscription anniversary date. In case of payment failure, AoCopy reserves the right to suspend access to the Services without prior notice.

3. Free Plan (Free Trial Replacement)

AoCopy offers a Free Plan containing a limited number of one-time credits to use the system. Once credits run out, the user must upgrade to a paid plan to continue enjoying the automations. AoCopy reserves the right to modify or cancel the Free Plan limits at any time.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

In compliance with consumer protection laws and good market practices, AoCopy will grant a full refund of your subscription if the request is made in writing to <linkHelpeAoCopy>help@aocopy.com</linkHelpeAoCopy> within the following periods:

* Within up to 7 days of the subscription date for the monthly plan.

* Within up to 30 days of the subscription date for the annual plan.

Requests made after these periods will process the cancellation of automatic renewal, but no partial or full refund will be granted.

5. Use of the Service (Rules and Prohibitions)

You agree to use AoCopy for lawful purposes only. It is strictly prohibited to:

* Use the system in any way that harms the Company, other users, or violates applicable laws.

* Attempt to gain unauthorized access, apply reverse engineering, introduce viruses, or overload the technical infrastructure of the Service (denial-of-service attacks).

6. Intellectual Property

The brands, logos, plugin code, and platform interface are the exclusive intellectual property of AoCopy.

* AoCopy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the plugin.

* You retain any and all rights to the content, layouts, and text you upload or generate through the Service. AoCopy does not claim ownership over your design layouts.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The use and operation of the Services are subject to the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved in the jurisdiction of AoCopy's headquarters.
