Your privacy is essential to AoCopy ("we", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information and the data generated when using the AoCopy plugin and web platform (the "Service").

By accessing or using AoCopy, you agree to the practices described in this document.

1. Information We Collect

To provide the automation and intelligence of our Service, we need to collect some data, which is divided into:

* Account and Registration Data: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, encrypted password, company name, and job title.

* Financial and Payment Data: If you subscribe to the Professional or Enterprise plan, your credit card data will be processed directly by our payment partner Stripe. AoCopy does not store your full credit card numbers.

* Integration Data (Figma and Google Sheets): For automatic rollout to work, the plugin reads the structure of your layouts in Figma and the data from the Google Sheets you connect. We only access this information temporarily to process asset generation and we do not claim ownership over your designs or corporate data.

* AI Assistant Data: The texts (prompts) you type into our AI Assistant are processed to generate copy variations.

* Usage and Navigation Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the plugin, such as the volume of assets generated (for credit control), clicks, browser type, and IP address, for technical support and security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for the following purposes:

To provide, operate, and maintain AoCopy's automation services.

To process financial transactions and manage your subscription (renewals and billing).

To process texts and layouts through our AI and data integrations to deliver campaign rollouts.

To provide technical support and respond to your requests.

To send administrative communications (such as maintenance notices, system updates, and invoices).

3. Data Sharing with Third Parties

AoCopy does not sell or rent your personal or corporate data to third parties. We only share information with infrastructure partners essential to the operation of the Service:

* Payment Processors: Stripe, for subscription and fraud management.

* Artificial Intelligence Providers: API providers that process text prompts to generate copy variations. Your data is not used by these partners to train public models.

* Cloud and Hosting Providers: Servers where the AoCopy application is hosted (AWS, Google Cloud) under strict security standards.

4. Data Security and Retention

We implement technical and organizational security measures (such as encryption in transit and at rest) to protect your information against unauthorized access. We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by legal and tax obligations.

5. Your Privacy Rights (LGPD)

According to the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), you have the right to:

* Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

* Correct: Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data in your account.

* Delete (Right to be Forgotten): Request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data, except for information we must retain due to legal obligations.

* Revoke Consent: Opt out of receiving our marketing communications at any time.
